Berry Ball Pool is a family-owned and operated business in the Tri-State area. Our custom ball pits create a unique stylish experience for social and corporate events. Our “berries” (balls) are endless in color and can be coordinated to fit your event’s theme.
All ages are welcomed to enjoy the ball pits. The bigger the pit, the more fun guests can create. Ball pits can also be customized so that adults and children can enjoy the fun together.
Berry Ball Pool serves the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area primarily. Deliveries outside of this area will need can be negotiated and a fee determined at time of agreement.
Absolutely. We are all about adding the personal touch. Our custom ball pit can feature your brand logo and colors in a unique way ,making you stand out of your competition. Our pricing begins at $1,200 for up to 4 hours of rental time. Each additional hour is $100/hour. We create the pool according to the theme and the expected number of children and/or adults. If there are additional specifications needed, they should be detailed in the rental reservation.
We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your experience on our calendar. The deposit must be secured within 72 hours of proposal. Up to $500 dollars of the deposit is non-refundable for a custom ball pit. However, “Special” custom ball pit order's payments made to date are non-refundable. All final balance due is 14 days before your event.
Should there be inclement weather on your event day and there is no indoor space to accommodate your pool, we will allow a reschedule of your Berry Ball Pool within an open date on our calendar.
Berry Ball Pool uses a highly intensive process to ensure that the balls and each piece of accompanying equipment, such as panels and floor mats, remain completely sanitized and disinfected after each use. We utilize a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which eliminates and kills 99% of harmful bacteria, viruses such as RSV, Strep, and Flu, mold, fungus and germs. Our exclusive cleaning provider is Clean Smart.
Yes, we are. We carry commercial general liability insurance.
Our ball pits operate in both indoor and outdoor use; however, we do not suggest rainy or damp weather as the balls and pit should remain dry for optimal play. Our smallest ball pit requires a 10’ clearance. Flat and dry surfaces are also required for installation. Our team members will assist you in securing the best layout for your pool once services are secured.
Yes, we provide a team member to completely setup and breakdown your Berry Ball Pool on the day of the event. They ensure the cleanliness of the pool prior to use. Setup usually takes 30 minutes to 2 hours depending upon the size of your pool and layout of your space. Breakdown may be similar. Our team member will coordinate with you to ensure that our timeline does not impede with your event timeline.
Adult supervision is certainly required. While our ball pits offer a safe play environment, adult supervision ensures 100% safety for our smallest clients. Parents are encouraged to engage with their children during play. If additional supervision is needed, please discuss with our team members during your reservation. We will connect you with a local event sitter agency.
Once a reservation form has been submitted, we will contact you within 24 hours (on a weekday, 48 hours if submitted during the weekend) to begin designing your Berry Ball Pool experience.
It is important to follow guidelines regarding climate/weather. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel. In the event that your event occurs on a rainy day or we deem the grounds not suitable for installation, Berry Ball Pool will provide alternative dates according to availability. Balances, however, must be paid in full prior to contracted date of rental prior to scheduling a future date.
